Our Admissions Coordinators are the first voices you hear when you reach out for help. They guide you through insurance verification, answer your questions with warmth and patience, and schedule your intake to ensure a smooth transition into treatment. They understand that making that first call takes courage, and they honor it.
Each day, our Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) provide hands-on, moment-to-moment support throughout programming. From monitoring client wellbeing to facilitating recreational activities and managing daily logistics, our BHTs create a stable, caring presence that clients rely on. They are often the team members clients connect with most closely.
Our Group Facilitators lead psychoeducation workshops, life skills groups, and therapeutic activities that build the practical tools clients need for lasting recovery. With backgrounds spanning addiction counseling, mental health, and holistic wellness, they bring diverse perspectives to every session they lead.
The Administrative Staff ensure that scheduling, communications, compliance, and day-to-day operations run seamlessly. Their work behind the scenes allows our clinical team to focus entirely on what matters most: your care and your progress.
"Many of our staff members bring lived recovery experience alongside their professional training. This unique combination creates a team that truly understands the challenges our clients face — because they have walked that path themselves."
We are always looking for passionate, qualified professionals who share our commitment to helping individuals and families find lasting recovery. If you believe in value-based, compassionate care, we would love to hear from you.
