Our admissions coordinators are the first point of contact for anyone seeking help. They guide prospective clients and families through every step of the intake process — from that first phone call to insurance verification, scheduling assessments, and coordinating a smooth transition into treatment.
They understand how overwhelming that first call can be, and they approach every conversation with patience, compassion, and zero judgment. Most clients begin treatment within 24-48 hours of their initial contact.
Our BHTs provide the day-to-day support that keeps clients safe, engaged, and moving forward. They monitor client wellbeing throughout programming, facilitate recreational activities, and serve as an accessible, consistent presence during treatment.
Whether it's a game of ping pong in the game room, a walk outside during breaks, or simply being there to listen, our BHTs create a grounding, family-style environment that makes recovery feel achievable.
