Everything You Need to Know

About Telehealth

Research consistently shows that telehealth addiction treatment delivers comparable outcomes to in-person care. Our virtual clients receive the same clinical programming, same therapists, and same evidence-based approaches. The therapeutic alliance forms just as effectively through video.

You need a device with a camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or smartphone), a stable internet connection, and a private space for sessions. No special software is required — sessions run in your web browser. Our team will walk you through setup during orientation.

Yes. We offer full hybrid flexibility. You can attend some sessions virtually and others at our Salem, NH facility. Many clients start with telehealth and transition to in-person as their schedule allows, or vice versa. Your treatment team will help coordinate the best mix.

Yes. Most major insurance plans cover telehealth at the same rate as in-person services. We're in-network with Anthem BCBS, Point 32 (Harvard Pilgrim + Tufts), Tricare, Uprise Health, and WellSense NH Medicaid. Call us for a free, instant verification.

Virtual Experience

Virtual groups are live, interactive video sessions with 8-12 participants and a licensed clinician. You'll see and hear everyone, participate in discussions, and work through exercises together in real time — just like being in the same room. Groups include CBT, DBT skills, process therapy, and psychoeducation.

Yes. Our Nurse Practitioner conducts virtual medication evaluations and can prescribe Suboxone, Vivitrol, Naltrexone, and psychiatric medications via telehealth. Ongoing medication management appointments happen through scheduled video visits.

We are licensed to provide telehealth services in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. If you reside in either state, you're eligible for our virtual programs regardless of your distance from our physical location in Salem, NH.

Our telehealth platform is fully HIPAA-compliant with end-to-end encryption. Sessions are not recorded unless you provide written consent. We also recommend you use a private room with headphones for maximum confidentiality on your end.

Call (857) 312-1697 for a confidential conversation. We'll verify your insurance, complete a virtual clinical assessment, set up your technology, and get you into programming — typically within 24 to 48 hours of your first call.
