Our Outpatient Program is the lightest clinical level in our continuum of care. It provides once-per-week individual and group therapy sessions for clients in stable recovery who benefit from ongoing professional support and accountability.
IOP (Intensive Outpatient) meets 3-4 days per week for 3-3.5 hours per session. OP (Outpatient) meets once per week and includes an individual therapy session plus a group therapy session. OP is designed as a step-down from IOP for clients who have progressed in their recovery.
