Alumni Program FAQs

About the Alumni Program

The alumni program is a free, lifelong community for all Trailhead Treatment Center graduates. It includes peer support groups, monthly social events, a private Facebook group, family support sessions, and ongoing connection to the recovery community that helped you get sober.

Yes — 100% free, forever. There are no membership fees, no insurance requirements, and no hidden costs. Every Trailhead graduate qualifies automatically, regardless of which program they completed or when they graduated.

You are automatically enrolled upon graduating from any Trailhead program. You will receive a welcome packet with details on the Facebook group, upcoming events, and alumni group meeting schedule. If you graduated and haven't connected yet, call us at (857) 312-1697 to get set up.

Monthly events include cookouts, recovery walks, bowling nights, volunteer projects, game nights, mini golf outings, seasonal celebrations, and milestone recognition ceremonies. We aim to offer a mix of social, active, and service-oriented activities every month.

Family members are welcome at designated family events and monthly Zoom family support sessions. The private Facebook group and alumni meetings are for graduates only, but we believe recovery is a family journey and want your loved ones to feel included.

Staying Connected

No. While the private Facebook group is a popular way to stay connected between events, it is not required. You can participate fully through in-person alumni meetings, monthly events, and direct communication with our alumni coordinator.

Recovery is not always a straight line, and we understand that. If you need additional support at any point, our team will help you re-engage with the appropriate level of care quickly and without judgment. Your alumni status remains active regardless.

Yes. Beyond events, we maintain a referral network for therapists, housing, employment, and other resources. Our alumni coordinator is available to help connect you with ongoing support at any stage of your recovery journey.

Absolutely. We encourage alumni to give back by mentoring newer graduates, helping organize events, and participating in community service projects. Volunteering strengthens your own recovery while supporting others on their journey.

Distance does not end your alumni membership. The private Facebook group and monthly Zoom family support sessions keep you connected from anywhere. Many alumni stay active in the online community even after relocating, and you are always welcome back at in-person events when you visit.
