Our on-site Nurse Practitioner commonly prescribes SSRIs (such as sertraline, paroxetine) as first-line medications for PTSD, and prazosin to reduce trauma-related nightmares and improve sleep. Medication is carefully selected based on your symptoms and always combined with therapy.

Yes. Our Evening Professional Track meets 6–9 PM Monday through Thursday, specifically designed for working adults. IOP also offers morning and afternoon session options.
