We provide fentanyl addiction treatment for clients throughout Salem, NH, and Greater New Hampshire. Conveniently located just minutes off Route 93 with easy access from southern NH and northern MA.
Common signs include using more fentanyl than intended, unsuccessful attempts to stop, tolerance (needing higher doses), severe withdrawal symptoms when not using, extreme sedation or nodding off, and continuing use despite near-overdose events or negative consequences.
Our on-site Nurse Practitioner prescribes and manages Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone), which reduces fentanyl cravings and prevents withdrawal. We also coordinate Methadone clinic referrals. These medications dramatically reduce overdose risk and support long-term recovery when combined with therapy.
We use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention planning — all tailored to address the unique challenges of fentanyl and synthetic opioid recovery.
We don’t provide inpatient medical detox on-site, but we coordinate with trusted detox facilities for initial stabilization and Suboxone induction, and can typically admit you to our program within 24–48 hours post-detox for seamless MAT continuity of care.
PHP typically runs 20–30 days, IOP runs 60–90 days, and ongoing outpatient support continues as needed. Many fentanyl recovery clients benefit from longer-term MAT maintenance, which our NP manages on an ongoing basis.
Yes. Our Evening Professional Track meets 6–9 PM Monday through Thursday, specifically designed for working adults. IOP also offers morning and afternoon session options.
