You'll meet your assigned therapist and case manager, attend orientation, and join your first group session. Within 24 hours, you'll also meet with a Nurse Practitioner for a medical evaluation and to discuss medication needs, including MAT.

Trailhead is an outpatient facility and does not provide medical detox on-site. However, we coordinate closely with trusted detox partners and can arrange a seamless transition from detox directly into our programs.
