Our alumni program isn't an afterthought — it's a core part of what makes Trailhead different. Staff with lived experience, peers who've walked the same path, and a community that celebrates every milestone together.
Multiple dedicated spaces for different group therapy sessions, designed for comfort and focus during evidence-based therapeutic work.
Quiet space for breathwork, yoga, and mindfulness practice.
Calming decompression space when you need a moment of quiet.
Where PHP clients share daily lunch and build community bonds.
Ping pong, foosball, Xbox — healthy socialization between sessions.
Fresh air and nature breaks throughout your treatment day.
Graduation isn't the end — it's the beginning of a new chapter. Here's how our alumni community supports your ongoing recovery.
When you complete your program, you're automatically enrolled in alumni. You'll be added to the Facebook group, receive the events calendar, and be introduced to the alumni community. Your transition is seamless — the support network just shifts, it never disappears.
Every month, alumni gather at the facility for events, fellowship, and celebration. Recovery walks, sober social outings, guest speakers, and seasonal celebrations keep the community strong. Family members are welcome at many events.
As your recovery strengthens, you'll have the opportunity to mentor current clients. Sharing your experience helps others while reinforcing your own recovery. Many alumni find that giving back is one of the most powerful parts of staying sober.
Life after treatment has its challenges. If you need extra support, reengagement pathways are always available. Family support groups continue via Zoom, case management resources remain accessible, and the Trailhead community is always just a phone call or Facebook message away.
