A Day at Basecamp

Each day runs 9 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday — a rhythm of morning groups, individual therapy, psychoeducation, fellowship over lunch (provided daily), and holistic practices like breathwork, yoga, and meditation. The schedule flexes to you: choose morning or evening IOP sessions based on what your life demands.

Weekly individual therapy pairs you with a licensed clinician for focused CBT work — reshaping the thought patterns that fuel addiction. Collaborative goal setting keeps your progress moving toward outcomes that matter to your life, not a rigid curriculum.

Building Your Toolkit

Daily evidence-based skills groups form the backbone of PHP. Dialectical Behavior Therapy builds emotional regulation and distress tolerance. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy teaches psychological flexibility. Relapse prevention groups give you practical strategies for real-world triggers.

Psychoeducation groups deepen your understanding of addiction and mental health. Motivational exercise groups build physical resilience. Your approach adapts to your preferences — [Recovery framework — TBD], Reiki, Sound Therapy, or a personalized blend that resonates with you.

Recovery Is Connection

Family therapy — available individually and through monthly Zoom support groups — helps repair relationships and gives your loved ones the education they need to support your recovery. Fellowship time at lunch and between sessions creates the bonds that become your recovery community.

Beyond the facility, sober activities expand your world: nature-based therapy at a local farm, group hikes through New Hampshire's trails, grounding exercises outings, and community recovery events. These aren't extras — they're practice at living a full, connected life without substances.

About the Program

Most clients complete PHP in 20 to 30 days, though duration is individualized based on progress and clinical recommendation. Your treatment team adjusts the timeline to your needs.

PHP runs 9 AM to 3:30 PM, so traditional work hours overlap. However, our IOP evening track (6-9 PM, Mon-Thu) is designed specifically for working professionals who need intensive support.

Yes. Telehealth and hybrid options are available for all program levels. You can attend sessions virtually or mix in-person and virtual based on your needs.

Absolutely. Individual family therapy sessions are available, and we host monthly family support groups via Zoom — open to any family member 18+, covering codependency, family systems, and how to support recovery effectively.
