The Story Behind Trailhead

Every trail has an origin. Ours began with lived experience, a vision for compassionate care, and the belief that every person can find their path to lasting recovery.

Founded on Lived Experience

Caitlin DiBlasi founded Trailhead Treatment Center with a clear vision: to create a family-style recovery environment where individuals struggling with substance use and mental health disorders could find real, lasting healing. As a person in long-term recovery, Caitlin DiBlasi understands the challenges of addiction firsthand.

That lived experience, combined with professional clinical training, drives everything we do at Trailhead — from our flexible scheduling to our intimate individualized treatment plans. The staff here are close-knit. Most have their own recovery journey alongside professional credentials. It is not just a workplace; it is a calling.

We built Trailhead to be the kind of place we would have wanted for ourselves — a place where you are treated like family, not a number.

— Caitlin DiBlasi, Founder
